I really admire you and your blog, and I have a few questions. there is not need to answer them, but can you suggest ways to find inner peace? And to become more connected through/with nature? Furthermore, how can I make my diet more clean and animal free? Do you have any suggestions of things to substitute or try out to get away from animal products? I know this is alot, but thank you for reading. I hope things are going well, much love :)!

inner peace:I think the best way to find inner peace (i am no way there yet, but still on my journey) is not letting what other people think or do affect you, which is its own battle to tackle. Also doing what you love, focusing on the good in life and learning what, who, and where makes you happy and putting your energy into those things and not on things that don’t matter and will cause worry and stress.
Connecting with nature: i have found that i am at my happiest when i am in nature, and often times it is when i am on nature alone. So i throughly enjoy hiking alone, or setting up my hammock or sitting in the grass alone so that i can focus on my thoughts and my surroundings!
Diet: Take it one step at a time! it can be really overwhelming so just do one thing, and then move on to the next. Some easier things are to stop buying dairy milk at home, try out some non dairy milks like almond, soy, coconut, cashew, hemp etc etc and find the one that you like the best! Also butter is easy to switch out, i use earth balance butter and think it tastes exactly like real butter! try to lower how many days you eat meat, or if you are used to eating it a lot start with trying to limit your meat intake to only once a day, and then maybe every other day, then once or twice a week until you are no longer eating it! try to get off eggs as well by looking for breakfast alternatives like a tofu scramble, smoothies, oatmeal, cereal, granola or toast! Look for restaurants that will serve vegan foods, there is an app called happy cow that will tell you all the vegan, or vegetarian restaurants around you, and will also tell you what places have veggie options!
